Currently, at least twelve nations and an unknown number of non-state actors, including ISIS and al-Qaeda, possess or are attempting to acquire nuclear, biological and/or chemical weapons. These weapons of mass destruction have been used countless times throughout history. Therefore, the question isn’t if they will be used again, but simply when and where. And when that day comes, the survival of those affected will depend 90 percent on knowledge and preparation. Luck will play only a marginal role.
