Fireflies in the Summer

Daz and Lot have been friends for many years. Their relationship becomes much deeper when Lot moves away. They meet up regularly decide that they both need a weekend together as there is never enough time to catch up and book a weekend at a wellness centre. During their visit they share secrets with one another, about their relationships with other men, despite the fact they are both married. One thing leads to another and Lot stays on for a few days away with her lover. The story is told by Lot and Daz. Moments of suspension, on whether or not they should both make a choice for new lives and new happiness. When Lot has an 'accident' suddenly things change for her and in the end there are happy endings for them both, especially when Daz meets Tim!
