10 Jaar Koningspaar

In deze uitgave 10 JAAR KONINGSPAAR treft u een selectie aan van de mooiste en meest indrukwekkende momenten die in het eerste decennium van koning Willem-Alexander en koningin Máxima hebben plaatsgevonden.

At the age of 11, in December 1975, I became interested in pop music. Aside from David Bowie's music, I was tremendously fascinated by his strange hair and clothes. Santa Claus brought me my first single titled "Fame" and I played it again and again. When I saw the German film "Christiane F", in 1982, the soundtrack was filled with Bowie's music. Bernard Rübsamen (1964) started his career in 1983. He became a successful professional photographer because of his fascination with David Bowie. From 1987 – 1997 he attended all concerts in Holland by the artist as both a fan and photographer. He made the transition to royal photography in 1989, but continued following his hero, David Bowie.
