Education contributes only little to the creative and academic skills of students. P.V.A. Delnooz PhD developed an alternative: Creative Action Methodology. With this method students are trained to think in an academic way, to develop innovative solutions for practical problems and test these solutions with the aid of research. Creative Action Methodology is an educational approach that has been tested in experiments. These experiments show that is a successful approach. The academic level of the students growssignificantly. They develop innovative solutions (for example for the prevention of aids, the social upgrading of a neighborhood, to fight stress, and so on). They test these innovative solutions with research.
