This is the official course material for the Child First Aid certificate from The Orange Cross. The clearly structured course material is made visual with many photos. It is handy for families, grandparents, baby-sitters, creche and school.

Selection of topics: wounds, fractures, burns, resuscitation with AED, choking, minor accidents, poisoning, child illnesses, etc.

This new (5th) edition is conform to the (2016) guidelines in First Aid inclusive resuscitation. It was compiled under supervision of the Board of Experts of the Orange Cross, the authority in the field in The Netherlands. In addition, this certificate is conform to the legal requirements for child care.
